I ordered my water tank from Home Depot and needed a service week after finally they sent service from this company and he didn’t see any issue with water tank! I have a labor and part warranty anyway! Technician was rude and didn’t listen or explain start arguing with me saying that chimney need to be fixed I said i will call the people I have been working with and He said since he came my house i must pay him even if he doesn't fix chimney. It was hilarious!! I am going to complain everywhere he didn’t wanna leave my house and treated me saying he will let RGE come and cut my gas! They came checked and i am safe.

I have used this company for years. The response I get from Don the owner is amazing, and his work is always done right the first time. Don has always been polite and always straight to the point of what is wrong. I would highly recommend

The most horrible experience with Simco plumbing. Don cut out an extra hole in my new home and tried to cover it up. I saw it and asked , his reply it was nothing and you are being ridiculous. This is how he left this mess he created.I told him I wanted this fixed and they are blowing me off and demanding to be paid……..
